About ME

 In 2005 is when my true journey started. After spending a decade  in the Hospitality industry and working 3 jobs as a single mother of two boys,  I decided to go back to College for Massage Therapy. I graduated in 2007 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.  Shortly after my celebrating my graduation, my mother passed away. That set me back during the most crucial timeframe for preparations in studying for the Ontario exams. I received my Certification of  Registration in 2009. This was a huge accomplishment for me and one that I'm very proud of.  Within the same year I joined the team at Hands for Better Health in Beamsville, Ontario and that's where I spent the next 14 years.  I gained and grew to know a lot of amazing clients and worked with some very knowledgeable colleagues. I'm truly thankful that I was extended the opportunity to work there for so many years. 

Then in Dec 2021, the opportunity arose to initiate my own Massage Therapy business out of my home. Which I did for 2.5 years. 

Finally, I made another life changing decision, and decided to make Cape Breton, Nova Scotia my home.

 I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all  and invite you into the space I have worked so hard to achieve. I know this is going to be the most promising decision I have made. Welcome to my journey. Another big leap and looking forward to the future.
